Filmease provides discovery and informational tools for the film industry. Filmease is not an employer, staffing agency, union, talent agency, production company, tax adviser, attorney, or party to arrangements made between users.
Listings and accounts
You must provide information you are authorized to publish and keep it reasonably accurate. Do not impersonate another person or organization, claim credits you did not earn, submit unlawful material, or use contact information for harassment or unsolicited bulk messaging.
Review and removal
Filmease may review, edit, decline, suspend, or remove listings to protect users, correct errors, enforce these terms, or maintain directory quality. Verification indicates the checks described by FilmEase; it is not a guarantee of identity, performance, availability, safety, or suitability.
Production and incentive information
Incentives, permits, offices, union information, dates, and external resources may change. Confirm material decisions with the responsible authority and qualified professional before budgeting, hiring, traveling, or entering an agreement.
Outside services
Filmease links to independent websites and services. Their content, availability, security, and policies are outside FilmEase’s control, and a link does not necessarily imply endorsement.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape the directory at scale, bypass access controls, interfere with site operation, introduce malicious code, collect personal data unlawfully, or use FilmEase to facilitate fraud, discrimination, harassment, or illegal activity.
Availability and liability
Filmease is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, FilmEase disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on listings, outside resources, service interruptions, or relationships between users.
